Most of you are aware by now that my grandson's due date is fast approaching, but I guess no one got around to telling him, because on Sunday night we got a phone call from my son-in-law saying that Erica's water had broke and they were on the way to the hospital.
Fast and relatively easy labors run in our family, so I figured our grandson would make his entrance before midnight...
And sure enough....at 10:20pm on 3/21/10, a little piece of heaven came down to earth
and his name is,
Canaan Ray!
Now I know that a grandmother's opinion tends to be a bit biased...
but when I look into these eyes all I see is an angel.

Oh Kathy..didn't take long to catch the bug:) Told you how wonderful it was going to be. But I still bet by now you realize you knew you'd fall in love but had no idea how deeply you would fall and how swiftly it would happen. I am so happy for you all.
